DEPOSIT POLICY/NO SHOW POLICY
Since deposits are made to hold the place of an appointment within our books, any cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling works a bit differently. We can happily reschedule your appointment if necessary, but in order to fulfill our policy, we need at least 2 business days notice. If your need to reschedule complies with this policy, then your deposit will be moved to hold the place of your rescheduled appointment. If we do not have at least 48 hour notice beforehand or your wish to reschedule your appointment within 2 business days, your deposit will be forfeited to the artist. A deposit will also be forfeited in full in the case of:

  • You do not appear for an appointment;
  • You cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice;
  • You arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment;
  • You reschedule 3 or more times for any sessions of the service, regardless of notice;
  • You fail to reschedule a new appointment within 3 days of a cancelled appointment;
  • You arrive to an appointment without government-issued identification.
  • If you fail to appear for any scheduled appointment without giving artist notice ("no call no show"), you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to one hour's time at artist's current hourly rate, exclusive of and in addition to any deposit previously paid.
